It is small, messy, although is plenty of personality and originality. This apartment is like Carrie, and I suppose that the dressing room is the thing every girl prefer, how not!

The pictures of this amazing house were published in Elle UK last month in a illustrated feature called Oasis of Calm. The house is situated in the foothills of the high desert east of Los Angeles and 1,400 metres above sea level. The sun is warm, but not unbearably.
This home has been constructed in two halves - an open-plan area incorporating living, dining and cooking zones, and a private sleeping spacewith two bedrooms and a bathroom. The interior is modern without being cold. Concrete floors and exposed steels are softened by wood, linen and wool.
The house is designed to make the most of the views and the desert climate, with glass walls on four sides.
You can go easily between indoors and out without noticing the transition, and if you're sitting inside with the doors open, it feels like being outside.
Las preciosas fotografías de está casa fuerón publicadas el mes pasado en ELLE UK en un reportaje llamado "Oasis of Calm", Oasis de calma. Está situado en las laderas de la colina del desierto del este de Los Angeles y esta a 1,400 metros por encima del mar. Aquí el sol es caliente, pero soportable.
Esta casa ha sido construido en dos mitades - una que incorpora la sala de estar, el comedor y la zona de cocina, y la zona privada con dos habitaciones y un baño. El interior es moderno, sin llegar a ser frío. El suelo de cemento y las vigas vistas son suavizadas con madera, tejidos y lana.
La casa ha sido diseñada para sacar el máximo provecho de sus vistas, con grandes ventanales en todos sus lados. Puedes ir desde el interior de la vivienda hasta afuera sin notar el límite entre ellos, y estar sentado dentro con las puertas abiertas sintiendo como si estuvieras afuera.
